A School-Based Health Clinic in partnership with Community Health Care Systems
Our Wellness Center is a school-based primary care clinic serving students, their immediate families and employees of Twiggs County Public Schools and their families.

TCPS parents are encouraged to fill out the consent-to-treatment form below.
Monday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Wellness Center will be closed for all holidays that are observed by the school district; and the center will have special hours during Summer Break
