[12/02/22] Jeffersonville, GA — Twiggs County Public Schools (TCPS) is a rural, small-town school district walking in big shoes. The District not only stands out with a 88.9 high school graduation rate, nearly 5% above the state average, but is also involved in the largest federal grant in the history of Mercer University's College of Education.

[02/06/23] Twiggs County is extremely excited to announce that CISGA was awarded the Full Service Community School Grant which will provide services and personnel in three fellow school districts (Laurens, Twiggs, and Dublin City). The grant award is $15 million ($3 million per year for five years). There are 6 school districts participating and the CISGA has 3 of those 6 districts. The TCPS portion of the $15 million will be $3.8 million over a five year period between the three districts.

[12/06/2022] JEFFERSONVILLE, GA – TCMHS student Khloie Dykes places 3rd in the State of Georgia with her submission to The National Radon Poster Contest which raises awareness of the harmful effects of elevated levels of indoor radon gas and promotes testing and mitigation of indoor radon.
